UI/UX Designer Role

We are in search of an experienced UI/UX Designer to play a vital role in designing and maintaining our client-side web applications. Your primary responsibilities will involve close collaboration with our teams to deliver web experiences that are not only responsive but also of the highest quality and scalability. Additionally, you'll be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance our UX/UI development process. While experience with Angular, Type Script, and related technologies is a nice-to-have, it's not a mandatory requirement. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to understand project requirements and design client-side web applications accordingly.

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

• Conduct market research to understand user journeys and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the UX/UI design process.

• Create detailed design specifications ready for developers to implement, ensuring designs are responsive and scalable.

• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products.

• Potentially contribute to website design and marketing efforts, aligning them with user centered design principles.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a track record of working on digital products or applications.

• Proficiency in using Figma for design and collaboration is essential for this role.

• Previous experience working with and contributing to design systems is highly valued.

• A deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices is a must.

• Candidates are expected to have a portfolio showcasing a range of products and projects theyhave designed.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with development teams is a crucial skill for success inthis position.

• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
